The first workout with Shawn I was just getting used to it, but the rest of them I went all out. I actually got exhausted and felt like I had worked out for over an hour. This is the best workout someone (especially a baseball player or any athlete), can do to get in better shape and get stronger.  It's such a violent action when I throw the ball. I began training with Shawn on the 1 Rep Gym mainly to help with a "T-Band" problem. I've been golfing competitively for years, but had some issues with my hip popping out.  Shawn said he could strengthen the T-Band.  After about 6 weeks I really felt more stable and stronger. I always had good distance but noticed I hit more fairways.  I definitely played better after training on the 1 Rep Gym

Daniel Baptista suffered a cracked knee cap.  This video shows how incredibly safe and effective the  1 REP GYM is for post injury and rehabilitation in order to regain strength and muscle just 5 months after injury!  NO WAY would it be smart or safe to try and have Daniel lift 100's of pounds using free weights or other dangerous equipment no pain during or after exerting a force of 674 pounds!!!

​Nick Hawk (Haas), is the strongest pound-for-pound "natural" athlete I've ever trained!  This clip is from 2013 or 2014 while I was in Vegas at House of RYU demonstrating the 1 REP GYM.  Nick set a world record bench press AND leg press on the 1 REP GYM.  Nick is a frekkin BEAST!  In 2017 he became a Robert Drysdale Black Belt after winning the 2017 IBJJF Pan-American Championship last weekend.
